Meta has introduced new opportunities for business communication via its messengers, as well as enhanced advertising features for WhatsApp.
With the new ad creation capacity in WhatsApp, businesses will be able to launch their advertising campaigns in a more convenient way directly in the WhatsApp Business App without a need to switch to a third-party app.

Another objective of Meta is to make cross-communication simpler using adding WhatsApp messaging into the inbox of Meta Business Suite to simplify business communication via messaging, allowing respondents to choose the platform for further communication.  

Finally, to make your navigation via WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram Direct as straightforward as ever before, Meta will merge these platforms, so you will be able to access them all via one single app. The option will be possible no later than 2023. Meta is taking this time to improve the security options by expanding the message encryption processes.

What is more, Meta is looking at the creation of regular promotional notifications for customers. This feature will let businesses interact with their audience without the need to take their email addresses for marketing purposes.

Another important tool aiming at greater performance for the businesses is Lead Filtering on Facebook Business Manager. This means that low-quality leads will be eliminated with the help of special questionnaires on the potential customer Lead Ad Instant forms. Marketers will also have more opportunities to diversify their promotional content within Instant Forms with downloadable PDFs and images.

Meta is striving to remain the leader in the western messaging market as well as gain more popularity in China by allowing more opportunities by optimizing business messaging.
