Meta has introduced new opportunities for business communication via its messengers, as well as enhanced advertising features for WhatsApp.

What is more, Meta is looking at the creation of regular promotional notifications for customers. This feature will let businesses interact with their audience without the need to take their email addresses for marketing purposes.
Another important tool aiming at greater performance for the businesses is Lead Filtering on Facebook Business Manager. This means that low-quality leads will be eliminated with the help of special questionnaires on the potential customer Lead Ad Instant forms. Marketers will also have more opportunities to diversify their promotional content within Instant Forms with downloadable PDFs and images.
